Shipping & Pre-Orders

When ordering a pre-order item, please be aware that your order ship date is dependent upon the product’s release date. Pre-order means we are waiting for the product to arrive before we can send it out to you. Typical Pre-Order times range from 4-6 weeks before shipping. Transit times do not come into effect until after your order ships.

Please note that orders containing pre-order items ship complete. We do not ship partial orders. If you’d like a non pre-order item to ship sooner, please place a separate order.

Your order will ship within 3-10 business days from the day your order was placed. We are a very small operation and appreciate your patience.

Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days from the day it ships.

Please note that once a package is shipped, Mustard Beetle is no longer able to control transit times or responsible for delivery dates. Delays may occur as a result of inclement weather or mail service congestion during the delivery process. If your order is marked as "delivered" on the carrier's website, we cannot issue a refund or replace the item. If your item's tracking has not been updated for 30 days, please email us at info@mustardbeetle.com. Items shipped via USPS First Class (patches and stickers) do not include tracking information. If your item has not arrived in 30 days, please email us at info@mustardbeetle.com.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and shipping address. We do not upcharge the cost of shipping. Shipping prices reflect actual carrier pricing + packaging.

Up to 5 stickers and up to 3 patches ship Domestic for $1.00 and International for $2.00.

At this time, all orders are shipped via USPS or UPS from Los Angeles, CA. Domestic orders under 1-pound ship First-Class; over 1-pound ship Priority Mail. International orders under 4-pounds ship First-Class International; over 4-pounds ship Priority Mail International.

Once your order is placed, we cannot change, add, or remove items from your order. You will be responsible for returning the order (see Returns & Exchanges). Our team will then review the contents of the return upon receipt and, if the contents match all of the requirements found in our Returns & Exchanges policy, a refund will be issued.

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to change an address once an order is placed.

Yes! We ship to global destinations far and wide.

Many countries charge value added taxes (VAT) or duty fees on internationally purchased merchandise. You, the buyer, are responsible for covering any duties and taxes incurred, due upon the receipt of your order. Duties and taxes are usually charged if the value of your items is over a certain threshold. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of their resident country’s fee thresholds and taxes surrounding the purchase of international goods. We are in no way responsible for VAT charges or duty fees.

Most likely, no. Our prints on paper are hand-pulled Screenprints, when an edition sells out we either reprint or discontinue. We also discontinue older items in order to make room for fresh, new designs. We may release similar products as part of future collections, so be sure to check back soon!

Yes! While we cannot accommodate custom designs at this time, you can find our Tattoo Permission in the Shop! This instant download allows you permission for any one existing design to be tattooed.
