Slow Customer Service but Great Products
Beautiful bottle but it arrived later than I anticipated (it was a gift) so I had to initiate a return. Instructions on their homepage were clear and easy to follow but unfortunately it seems the return address hadn’t been updated yet and as a result my return wasn’t processed until nearly a month later. This information wasn’t told to me until after I had tried to reach out for an answer as to why my return was taking so long. Customer service was professional but it was difficult to reach them.

The Lizard Has a Friend!
I love my bottle, bought for the salamander, but was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful bat friend that's soaring high above my little lizard friend.
