This item is an Archival Giclee Print of an Original Watercolor Illustration "Dwelling in grief" featuring flora and fauna of the Sagebrush Steppe: the Hairy Bear Scarab Beetle (Paracotalpa granicollisis) a beetle within the Scarab family, it is widespread but potentially threatened by habitat and native plant loss. The larvae feed on many endemic native plants which are being overtaken by invasive ones. This image also depicts the Greater Sage Grouse (Centrocercus urophasianus), and (invasive) Cheatgrass (Bromus tectorum).
